VARSITY STARS
All Varsity Stars earn extra points for a proper warm-up at the beginning
of a workout and cool down/stretch at the end of the workout. Additional
points are awarded for hard work and/or winning specific competitions such
as the obstacle course,
game bike, Makoto or other events.
Points can be redeemed for valuable prizes such as athletic gear or fitness games.
